This is a package from many retextures Macintroll had done past years for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
This mod retextures many (but not all) of the game's outfits with better textures and normal maps. Version is v1.3A, which is the latest the author ever uploaded. Hopefully, this will help preserve the mod. I'm wondering why these person, if they decide to quit modding, don't just leave the mods up for their fans? So, I've decided to upload this. Sigh, apparently a Fallout: New Vegas modder recently decided to wipe their account and mods.
